Long Overdue Update

To those that ask for updates, please keep doing it. It'll force be to do them.

Here's are a few updates on what we've been up to.

Liam is loving nursery school. I think he'd go every day if he could. He's also enjoying his swimming lessons...on his own. Next week is the last lesson. We'll have to make sure he gets the same instructor for the next session and hopefully after that he'll be comfortable with anyone.

Emily is very good at telling us what she doesn't want. She has figured out how to shake her head indicating no. She can't do yes yet, but if you rephrase your question in the negative you can often get a reply from her.

Last week we had 4" of water in our basement. It's been a very busy week trying to get the water out, remove the floor and a portion of the walls. It's essentially done now. I guess now we wait for it to dry. Unfortunately, the biggest loss seems to be our new furnace. We've been without a furnace since Wednesday. Oh well at least we had an excuse to clean out the basement.
