What a busy week. Halloween on Sunday was great. Liam was very excited to get dressed and was even excited about trick or treating. He was great about going to two houses. He said trick or treat and thank you and would answer questions that the neighbours would ask him. By the time we made it to the third house, he'd had enough. He didn't mind the trick or treating he just didn't want to talk to strangers anymore. After the third house we headed home. We did visit two other neighbours but nobody was home. Liam was so excited to see all of his goodies. It turns out he doesn't really like all that much of it. He likes the chips and chocolate bars, but that's about it.
On Monday Liam started nursery school. We were quite worried that things weren't going to go over well. Sarah had planned to stay but was going to duck out to feed Emily for an extended period of time. That way Liam could get comfortable on his own. It turns out that Liam had a blast the entire time. I don't even think he noticed when Sarah left. That night as we were going to sleep he must have recounted the entire day to me. It was great. He keeps asking when he's going back. I guess it's too bad we only signed him up for one day a week.
