Yesterday we laced up the skates and headed to the mill pond in town. Somebody has done a very nice job of looking after the ice. Liam, Sarah and I skated while Emily walked around, or at least tried to. We've decided that it's time to get Liam a real pair of skates rather than just the kind that strap to your boots. We could then get Emily strapped up. We'll have to get out and skate more. Everyone seemed to have a great time.
Today Liam and I did a little bit of skiing around the yard, made a snow fort and did some sledding in the back yard. Winter is so much better when there's snow.
