Mmmm....Burping

Liam seems to have a hard time burping. In fact, he'll go hours without burping after he's eaten. Unfortunately, those hours are accompanied by lots of screaming and crying. The routine for the past few nights has been something like eat at 4:00 p.m, fuss a bit, burp a bit, maybe sleep a little eat at 7:00, fuss a lot, don't stop crying until it's time to eat at 10:00, fuss even more and sleep very little form 10:00 until 2:00 and cry an awful lot. Generally around 2:00 he settles down for a decent sleep. With all of the fussing and crying, we've been doing a lot of laps around the interior of the house. We're starting to wear a permanent track in the carpet. I'm actually glad about this since I really don't like the carpet anyway. Oh darn, I guess we'll have to get rid of the carpet some time after we're finished doing laps.
