We were finally able to return home today. Although Sarah tried hard yesterday to have the nurses set her and Clara free the nurses said that they needed a doctor's orders. Although the doctor didn't come in on Friday we were grateful to see him today. I joked with Sarah that if he didn't show that she might be stuck there until Tuesday. I'm pretty sure had the doctor not shown up today Sarah would have been plotting her escape.
Clara did a happy dance when she heard the news.
Both Liam and Emily are very excited to have Sarah and Clara home. Emily seems a little apprehensive, but is following Liam's lead. Liam is basically just picking up where he left off when Emily was a baby. He is very gentle with her, wants to help out and is content to just watch over her. Here is the entire clan.
