Liam's vocabulary and understanding of the English language continues to progress. I'm shocked at how much he's able to pick up from our conversations, the conversations of others and things he sees/hears in the media.
Physically, Liam seems to have made some gains as well. There was a point in his development when he looked more like a toddler than a baby. I think now he looks more like a boy than a toddler.
Emily is also progressing nicely. She's almost able to sit up. She loves standing if you hold her. We can even prop her up against a table and she will stand. I'm not sure if this is true of all second children, but I have a feeling that Emily will have nerves of steel. Liam is constantly in her face, poking at her, etc. It will be interesting to see what happens when she can defend herself.
