We made the journey home today. Liam was great in the car. He slept for the first two hours. We stopped about two and three quarter hours into the trip for some lunch and then made it home in good time. While we were stopped for lunch, Liam kept the geese away from our meals.
July 30:
Our last full day on the island. Liam was up very late due to a visit from the Browns. He loved playing with the kids. Once the Browns left it was time to pack up.
July 29:
We went to Killbear Provincial Park today. We went for a nice hike. Unfortunately, Liam was not very excited about hiking in the backpack, so he rode most of the way on my shoulder.
He looks a bit upset in this picture (perhaps as a result of the deer fly buzzing around his head), but he really did have a good time.
July 28:
We took Liam swimming in the deep and fairly cold water. He wasn't too excited by that.
