New Strategy

Just as I finished putting Liam to bed, Sarah finished putting Emily to bed. So much for a picture tonight. This seems to be a common occurrence. By the time I can (or think to) take a picture of Emily she's already asleep. My new strategy is to post to the blog anyway and to take and upload the picture when Emily wakes up during the night. Hopefully this happens before I go to bed, but if not...I'm up anyway so what difference does it make? Oh the sacrifices I make just to keep you informed.

We've decided that our family will probably be sick until about March. You may think I'm exaggerating...but Julie, Nathan and Becca know exactly what I'm talking about. Sarah and Liam have now been in various stages of sickness for the past five weeks! That's right...Emily has not in her entire life seen a healthy mother or brother. Emily and I have become sick over the past couple of days. My guess is that Emily and I are now part of this rotating wheel of sickness. If it's lasted five weeks so far what reason do we have to believe that it will be over any time in the next five weeks, or even ten weeks for that matter. We wish everyone good health.


Apparently, Emily was surprised to see a photo being taken so soon after she woke up.
