Canoeing

We loaded the canoe onto the car this afternoon and took it and Liam down to the river. Liam was not very impressed about sitting in the canoe on his own to start with. Sarah held him for a bit and he soon became comfortable with the boat. Once Sarah put him down he was very excited to stick his hand over the edge and have a wave hit it every once in a while. He got a good chuckle out of that. He didn't like the face full of water he got as he was leaning over the edge when we hit a big wave. He started crying almost right away. I hope he gets used to it because he's going to get very wet this summer.
