Sixth

Liam has not slept well at all the last two nights. Both nights he woke up every thirty minutes. We also noticed last night that he had a nasty looking rash. The school board sent around a memo explaining that fifth disease was going around the schools. We checked the symptoms and although the were a close match, we knew it wasn't fifths. Sarah, being the incredible mother that she is, took Liam to the clinic today (I would have waited it out a bit longer, not because I'm lazy but because everything that we read at 4 am seemed to indicate that it would clear up in a day or two). After waiting at the clinic for 2 hours Sarah finally saw a doctor. It turns out that Liam has sixth disease (everything should clear up in a day or two). I guess Liam wanted to one-up everyone in the school system with fifths. He's an over achiever!

Shortly after their return, we all went for a long walk.
